A day in the life
As anExecutive Producer youll lead the Pete & Kymba Breakfast Show to life with high-quality engaging audio and social content. Youll be the strategic and creative force behind the show ensuring it resonates with Perth audiences and aligns with SCAs content goals.
Youll:
- Drive daily show planning and execution ensuring content is fresh relevant and audience-focused.
- Manage and mentor a team of producers and casuals fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with talent content directors and commercial teams to deliver compelling segments and integrated campaigns.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution to extend the shows reach beyond broadcast.
- Lead project management for special events OBs and campaigns.
What Youll Need
- Proven experience producing or leading a high-profile radio or podcast show.
- Strong editorial judgement and creative flair.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
