Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and a proven track record in healthcare BAYADA Home Health Care a national leader in home health is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and build a brand-new territory in Columbia SC. This is a unique opportunity to apply your entrepreneurial spirit in a dynamic high-growth environment.
Your Role:
As the Marketing Manager you will be at the forefront of our growth in Columbia. You will have the unique opportunity to build and grow a new territory from the ground up with the full support of a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving patient referrals by developing strong relationships with local physicians hospitals and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Strategic Relationships: Act as the face of BAYADA in the Columbia market by building and nurturing relationships with referral sources such as physicians offices long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.
- Develop a Market Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities create a strategic sales plan and set ambitious goals for the territorys growth.
- Drive Business Growth: Implement your sales strategy through targeted sales calls presentations and community events to generate a consistent flow of patient referrals.
- Collaborate and Report: Work closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and provide regular reports on your sales activities and results.
What Were Looking For:
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of sales or marketing experience with a strong preference for candidates with a background in healthcare or home health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an existing network of contacts in the Columbia healthcare community is a huge plus.
