The Opportunity

As a Transitions Coordinator youll be the key player ensuring smooth handoffs when HOA communities switch management companiesno HOA experience needed well teach you everything!

What Youll Do
Project Coordination:
- Manage HOA transition timelines from start to finish
- Coordinate with incoming and outgoing management companies
- Schedule document pickups and ensure smooth handoffs
- Communicate progress updates to all stakeholders
Research & Data Management:
- Research Homeowners Associations through the AZ Corporation Commission
- Import accounting data into our CityCync software with precision
- Research parcel taxes and regulatory requirements
- Set up HOAs in federal tax payment systems
Client Communication & Support:
- Send welcome letters to new homeowners before transition dates
- Provide updates to board members throughout the process
- Work with utility vendors to update billing information
- Process and set up vendor invoices in accounting systems
Administrative Excellence:
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Ensure all required documents are received and properly filed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support the transitions team with various projects as needed

- Reliable time management skills and punctual work habits
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 30 pounds occasionally
- Valid drivers license (minimal travel required)
