Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Design Project Coordinator to manage design projects and facilitate effective communication with clients through CRM boards. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between design teams and clients track project progress and maintain clear and timely communication to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee design projects from inception to completion.
- Manage client communications and updates via CRM boards to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with design teams to track project milestones deliverables and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of project status client feedback and revisions within the CRM system.
- Identify potential project risks and work with teams to resolve issues proactively.
- Facilitate meetings between clients and design teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Support project managers in resource allocation and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design Management Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience coordinating design projects or similar roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
