About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Documentation Specialist to be responsible for the development and maintenance of clear accurate and user friendly documentation including standard operation procedures (SOP) and manuals for all critical business processes.
The incumbent will support the design and execution of content management practices documents workflows as well as maintain and organize CAATs document repository. This role works collaboratively with various teams within CAAT for gathering information technical writing and documentation structuring content and ensuring that documentation meets the needs of its intended audience.
