About the Role
Coralford Consults is seeking a proactive and target-driven Freelance Business Development Executive to generate leads and close recruitment/HR consulting deals. You will work remotely and earn commission for every closed role or service agreement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients in various industries (healthcare tech FMCG etc.)
Pitch recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions to decision-makers
Follow up on leads negotiate SLAs and close deals
Maintain accurate records of leads pipeline and conversions
Collaborate with the internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery
