Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create format and edit various documents (e.g. pet care reports staff manuals emails policy updates) both onsite and from a remote location.

  • Generate professional letters client communications and internal memos accessible whether youre working remote or collaborating in-office.

  • Convert paper records into editable digital documents via scanning retyping or transcription initiated in office or completed remote.

  • Maintain document consistency and formatting standards using tools like Microsoft Word Google Docs or in-house systems even when managing files remote.

  • Assist with version control document backups and organizing the file repository for team access whether onsite or remote.




Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or word processing is advantageous.

  • 1 2 years of experience in a word processing clerical or administrative role preferably with hybrid or remote work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and strong typing accuracy.

  • Exceptional attention to detail formatting consistency and a strong work ethic to manage tasks both onsite and remote.

  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with staff virtually or in person.

2+ years of administrative or data management experience, preferably in a pet-care, hospitality, or customer-service environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, scheduling or CRM systems, and the ability to work effectively onsite and remotely. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage confidential information. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members onsite and via remote tools (e.g., email, messaging platforms). Flexibility to spend part of your week onsite at the facility and part working remote, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
