Shop Assistant Penrith Nights
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: 4 on 4 off 10pm to 6am
Salary: 13.65 per hour
Location: Penrith
NXT Recruitment are working with a trusted family-run business to find a Night Shift Shop Assistant for their Penrith location.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the quieter hours thrives with structure and is confident working independently.

Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the forecourt and shop overnight
- Carrying out Costa coffee machine cleaning
- Logging fridge and food temperatures accurately
- Restocking shelves ready for the next day
- Filling the cigarette unit before the end of your shift
- Sorting and tidying the printed media section
- Managing cardboard and general waste disposal
- Reliable self-motivated and comfortable working alone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential if based locally
