JOB OVERVIEW
A reputable organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth in Accra and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG or food product sales a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to deliver outstanding results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients build relationships and manage client accounts.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and generate periodic sales reports.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with clients.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional representation of the brand.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
- Adaptable and quick to respond to changing business needs.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data.
- Basic understanding of consumer behavior.
