Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and innovative AEM Architect to lead the design development and implementation of robust Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The AEM Architect will work closely with stakeholders developers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable high-performance digital experiences. This role requires deep technical expertise in AEM and a strong understanding of digital content and marketing ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Adobe Experience Manager ensuring best practices and scalable implementations.

Lead the development and deployment of AEM-based web applications components templates and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

Define technical standards guidelines and best practices for AEM development.

Guide and mentor development teams providing code reviews technical direction and problem-solving support.

Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products and third-party systems (e.g. CRM analytics DAM commerce platforms).

Oversee AEM infrastructure setup including environment architecture performance optimization and deployment pipelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM applications and integrations.

Stay current with AEM advancements and industry trends evaluating new features and recommending adoption where beneficial.

Ensure solutions meet security compliance and performance requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

7 years of experience in web content management with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager.

Proven experience as an AEM Architect on large-scale enterprise implementations.

Strong expertise in AEM Sites Assets Workflows and integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Proficiency in Java JCR Sling OSGi and related web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).

Experience with AEM headless CMS GraphQL APIs and modern frontend frameworks (React Angular) is a plus.

Deep understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments for AEM (Adobe Managed Services or on-premise).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex AEM issues.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring development teams.

Adobe Certified Expert or Architect certifications are highly desirable.
