Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Enterprise Architect fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert will be based in Brussels the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your Tasks:
- Analysis of the integration and interoperability of different information systems;
- Creating designs and architectural blueprints of cloud-based and cloud-native systems;
- Review of the architecture of legacy systems and creation of cloud migration strategies;
- Evaluate technical solutions and offers proposed by clients contractors and make sure they adhere to the systems non-functional requirements such as performance scalability confidentiality integrity availability;
- Coordination of the implementation of the proposed technical solution;
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;
- Participation in technical working groups progress meetings and meetings with the users;
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing analysis technical documentation deployment evaluation and reporting.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in networking and architecture particularly in enterprise-level networking and ICT infrastructure processes and projects including cloud migration initiatives;
- Working experience with network troubleshooting & performance optimization;
- Experience of developing monitoring and log management solutions with ELK;
- Very good knowledge of Message exchange solutions such as Oracle Weblogic OSB Axway API Gateway Confluent Kafka;
- Very good knowledge of systems and network architecture best practices and design patterns microservices system design of complex real-time systems interoperability security policies and IT system lifecycle development;
- Knowledge of private cloud technologies (VMware Openstack etc.);
- Knowledge of cloud and data centre networking technologies;
- Knowledge of testing technologies tools and techniques;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile);
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools;
- Excellent command of the English language.
