Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Contributing to projects with supervision from a Technical Director of Architecture liaising with Clients and mentoring team members on the go.
- Contributing to project delivery strategies working briefs and budget.
- Collaboratively designing and documenting projects across different typologies.
- Contribute to the technical performance on projects.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture is a must.
- Registration with the Institute of Architects is preferred but we can also assist you in becoming registered.
- 2-5 years relevant experience preferably in a consulting environment.
- Architectural design and documentation skills covering a broad range of project types and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and graphic presentation skills.
- Sound working knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
- Sound Specification & Contract writing skills related to the architectural practice.
- Proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
- Proficient in the use and application of AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft Project Abode Indesign Photoshop preferred.
- Interest in business development.
