About the Role:
As a Solutions Architect at Kinetic IT you will play a pivotal role in designing guiding and overseeing complex solutions across a diverse identity application portfolio. This is a hands-on architectural position where you will combine technical depth with strategic thinking to deliver scalable secure and efficient solutions.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business translating requirements into clear technical designs while ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with best practices. This role requires not just strong technical expertise but also excellent communication documentation and critical thinking skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions including system architecture diagrams data models and integration strategies.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and follow best practices in scalability performance and security.
- Apply DevOps principles to establish automated workflows and CI/CD pipelines for efficient solution delivery.
- Oversee solution delivery timelines risks budgets and resources ensuring projects remain on track.
- Provide architectural guidance development (C# MVC MVVM microservices and Azure-based solutions).
- Lead database architecture and optimization using MS SQL Serverincluding data modelling performance tuning and index management.
- Manage and design solutions for Microsoft Exchange covering architecture security integration and migration strategies.
- Produce comprehensive and clear technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with developers engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues evaluate trade-offs and recommend effective solutions.
About You:
You are a strategic thinker and problem-solver with the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. Youre equally comfortable designing at a high level and diving into the technical detail.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar senior technical role.
- Strong expertise in ecosystem including C# and (Azure).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server database design modelling and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange design management and integration.
- Solid grasp of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
- Strong project and risk management capability with experience in managing solution delivery timelines budgets and risks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
