You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Advertising Account Executive acts as the primary link between the agency and its clients. This role is responsible for managing client accounts developing effective advertising campaigns coordinating creative and media teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time on budget and to the clients satisfaction. The Advertising Account Executive builds strong client relationships and drives growth by delivering exceptional service and results.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts understanding their business goals and advertising needs.
Develop present and execute advertising strategies and campaign proposals tailored to each client.
Coordinate with internal creative media and production teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.
Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates reports and recommendations for optimization.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional agency services to grow client accounts.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to secure new business or renew existing contracts.
Conduct market and competitor research to support client strategies and agency recommendations.
Resolve client issues promptly maintaining positive and productive relationships.
Stay current on industry trends emerging platforms and best practices to advise clients effectively.
Bachelors degree in Advertising Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment with proven account management experience.
Strong understanding of advertising principles campaign development and media planning.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
