We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Valencia. Deliver outstanding customer support via phone email and chat in Dutch
Understand and resolve customer inquiries regarding products orders or technical issues
Provide clear and accurate information and solutions
Escalate more complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with team members to improve overall service quality
Fluent in Dutch (native)
English at minimum B2 level (for internal communication and training)
Previous experience in customer support or similar role is a plus (12 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality
Ability to work on-site in Valencia
