Job Summary
Management Accounting Support Officer
Financial Services
Temporary Full Time - to May 2026
Maryborough
Stream A Level 4 - $86795 plus superannuation
- 9-day fortnight

What we are looking for:
Were looking for an experience support officer to join our high performing team on a temporary basis through to May 2026. Your experience in supporting financial systems budgeting processes or similar financial projects will prove valuable and set you up for success.
What your day will look like:
- Supporting business partnering services provided by the Budgeting & Strategic Accounting team
- Coordinating the analysis of budget inputs and ensuring collected data is accurate
- Supporting the coordination of Councils annual budget and long term financial plan
- Providing advice and assistance to non finance staff
- Assisting with monthly operational reports

What youll need for success:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Experience in a similar financial support position
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
