A well-regarded and forward thinking Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor who is keen to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillworkalongsideexperiencedprofessionalsonawiderangeofcorporateandcommercialmattersgainingvaluableexposuretoclientsacrossvarioussectorsfromstart-upstoestablishedbusinesses.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Assistwithcorporatetransactionsincludingmergersacquisitionsbusinesssalesandrestructures.
- DraftreviewandnegotiateavarietyofcommercialagreementssuchasNDAssuppliercontractsandtermsofbusiness.
- Adviseoncorporategovernancemattersshareholderagreementsandpartnershiparrangements.
- Supportseniorlawyersoncomplextransactionsandhigh-valuematters.
- Conductlegalresearchandprovidepracticaladviceoncomplianceandregulatoryissues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear commercially focused communication.
CandidateRequirements:
- QualifiedSolicitorinEngland&Waleswithpreviousexperienceincorporateand/orcommerciallaw.
- Strongdraftingandanalyticalskills.
- Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationabilities.
- Commerciallyawarewithagenuineinterestinsupportingbusinessclients.
- Proficientinlegaltechnologyandstandardofficesoftware.
- High standards of professionalism and integrity.
