Schedule: Monday to Sunday 24/7 Support (Rotative Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotative Days per Week
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Braga! If youre passionate about helping others have excellent communication skills and want to be part of a dynamic international environmentthis opportunity is for you.
You will provide first-class support to customers via phone email or chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in French

Deliver timely and accurate responses ensuring customer satisfaction

Resolve issues related to accounts orders services or products

Collaborate with other departments to solve complex queries

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow established procedures and comply with company policies
Requirements

Native or Fluent in French

Good command of English B2 level

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and night shifts

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
