Job Description

LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

The HR Shared Services Representative is part of the HR Shared Services Team.

This person helps employees and managers with their questions about HR matters.

They support employee self-service tools and give clear information about policies processes and programs to solve employee issues quickly while providing great customer service. This role also gives daily support to the HR Business Partners and works closely with other team members and outside vendors.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently. Can prioritize tasks and manage several things at once with attention to detail.

- Takes initiative to achieve good results and aims to go beyond what is expected.

- Good organizational skills and looks for ways to improve work processes.

- Maintains high integrity and handles confidential information carefully.

- Has excellent people skills and interacts well with different audiences.

- Can adapt to changing work demands.- Maintains a positive attitude towards new ideas and changes.

- Energetic team member who is eager to meet goals meet deadlines and find solutions.

- Strong technical skills especially in Microsoft applications like Excel Word Outlook SharePoint PowerPoint and Visio and is willing to learn new software when needed.

- Has basic administrative skills like answering phones keeping records interviewing and maintaining filing systems.

Qualifications:

- At least two years of office experience in a busy setting able to make decisions think critically and provide great customer service with attention to detail.

- Experience in Human Resources is preferred.

- Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.

- An Associate degree in Business or a related field or similar education and experience that prepares you for this job. A Bachelors degree is preferred.

- Certifications like CCP CEBS SHRM or HRCI Project Management or Six Sigma are preferred.

- Candidates must include their permanent address in their profile.

- Candidates must have their own vehicle for this role.
