Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for obtaining new business within our core base as well as large scale transformative projects in new and adjacent market sectors
  • Leverage BrandSafways products and services to acquire new projects
  • Promote BrandSafway company store i.e. sell all BrandSafway service and product offerings as appropriate
  • Leadership in development of R-Process Review documents
  • Conduct strategic market assessments and identify trends - where BrandSafway can be most successful to underpin decisions on inventory/resource allocation.
  • Develop and lead strategic alliances.
  • Identify key clients and assign key client managers
  • Keeps abreast of overall business trends particularly the current business climate. Executes long-term business and marketing strategies. Directs a marketing campaign to establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key clients. Seeks opportunities to develop strong and enduring client relationships.
  • Identifies potential clients and develops sales strategy and tactical approach. Understands anticipates and responds to potential clients needs and objectives.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to proposal team from inception to completion. Oversees the development of the commercial strategy and pricing structure as well as other contract terms and conditions. Obtains required management review and approvals.
  • Negotiates contracts including secrecy agreements.
  • Lead the development of an effective and efficient business development culture consistent with BrandSafway Core Values.
  • Directs activities of sales staff. May have sales responsibility across business units.
  • Develops and implement sales and capture strategies to achieve revenue and CGP goals.
  • The ideal candidate will understand all phases and aspects of business development and capture management including teaming strategies business negotiations as well as the ability to recognize and act upon opportunities.
  • Lead a monthly Infrastructure BD review and strategy session.
  • Maintains a database of key competitor capabilities and commercial competitiveness
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in related field and 20 years of broad and diversified experience within the infrastructure industry in North America
  • Proven leader in client relationship management strategic planning strategic teaming and proposal strategy and negotiation
  • Ability to leverage your key contacts with contractors and build a robust sales pipeline for BrandSafway
  • Requires a working knowledge of infrastructure industry business practices and the negotiation of contracts
  • Strong written and oral communication skills excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems typically associated with business development

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical dental vision life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $140000- $170000annually plus bonus. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
