Job Description
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Quality Engineering to support our growing heat shield fabrication business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the shop floor solving problems in close collaborations with production staff. Specific tasks include:
- First Article Validation
- Root Cause Analysis
- Corrective Action
- Shop floor process improvements and troubleshooting
- QMS program development and support
Skills Required
- Bachelors degree is desirable but may be substituted with successful industry experience.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in quality
- Must have a general understanding of welding preferably resistance welding per AWS D17.2.
- Must have experience in ISO 9001 environment. AS9100 and Nadcap (Welding) experience desirable
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Spanish/English proficiency is desirable.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
