Job Description

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Chatham Petersfield Bradford

Working Pattern: Hybridtypically a couple of days a week in the office. Part-time or flexible arrangements are considered to support work-life balance. You and Your Team:

As an Operations Analyst you will be reporting to the Strategy Manager.

In this role you will provide analytical technical and strategic support across Customer Operations. You will be responsible for providing management with analytical insight performance reporting forecasting and ensuring best practise in all projects and programmes.

In your day-to-day role as an Operations Analyst you will:

  • Strategic Analysis & Insight: Use data to identify opportunities build commercial cases and deliver insights that shape operational strategy and improve customer experience.
  • Process & Solution Design: Develop and deploy strategies processes and system solutions that address customer needs and align with business goals.
  • Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Produce accurate fit-for-purpose analysis and forecasts using advanced analytical methods and tools like Excel and SQL.
  • Governance & Documentation: Ensure all strategies and processes are documented with appropriate controls governance and risk considerations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams across Customer Operations IT Finance and Credit to influence change and deliver results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Challenge the status quo raise risks appropriately and contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience indata modelling forecasting and reporting.
  • Proficiency inExcel SQL and a logical structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Acustomer-centric mindsetwith the ability to design solutions that deliver fair and effective outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
  • A collaborative team player who isresilient proactive and open to feedback.
  • Experience working in aregulated environmentor within financial services is a plus.
