Position Summary:

The Product Owner is accountable for development ensuring compliance implementation and solution performance measurement & optimization. They are responsible for building maintaining and managing an effective cross-functional team. They will work closely with the Solution Manager to ensure that a roadmap for the Recipe Ecosystem is presented approved and implemented aligned with business expectations and success conditions ensuring integration with the Content ecosystem.

This role leverages DevOps Agile and SCRUM practices to meet platform delivery milestones. By aligning functional and technical solutions with business goals the Product Owner delivers scalable compliant features for the recipe ecosystem that achieve impactful results in a global multi-stakeholder environment.

What youll do

• Leads and coordinates functional and technical development efforts across internal teams and external vendors for Content Hub and Smart Recipe Hub.
• Owns and prioritizes the product backlog participates to scrum ceremonies and drives the relevant ones.
• Delivers high-quality scalable and compliant features on time and within budget.
• Translates business requirements received from the Solution Manager into actionable development plans and technical solutions.
• Fosters collaboration and productivity across shared resources within Group Marketing IT MSE and external vendors.
• Oversees resource and team member allocation to maximize productivity and optimize workloads. Ensures platforms meet all compliance data security and performance benchmarks.
• Conducts regular audits and collaborate with IT teams for necessary adjustments.
• Drives adoption of Agile and DevOps practices within the technical teams.
• Promotes cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams to ensure the successful delivery of business-aligned solutions.
• Oversees the adoption and utilization of the application by analyzing user engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborates with the communications team to enhance visibility and awareness of the app among users and conduct training sessions to ensure effective usage and maximize user satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher preferably computer science or field related to the product.
• 7 years experience in IS/IT (e.g. Product Owner Business Analyst).
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Experience in effective communication at different levels within a large organization and in a global environment.
• High levels of proficiency and understanding of development methodologies eContent Management Digital Asset Management Workflow management & publication to channels.
• Exposure to multiple diverse technical configurations technologies (AWS Cloud SaaS) and processing environments.
• Experience in coordinating prioritizing and validating tech teams and vendors work.
• Experience in leading product integrations delivery.
• Fluent Business English.
