Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner / IT Recruiter to support our growing Eurofins IT team in Colombia. This role is key to attracting top tech talent supporting employee engagement and ensuring alignment with global HR practices.

  • HR Business Partnering
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with regional HR and local teams.
    • Act as a point of contact for Colombian employees for HR-related topics: benefits contracts time-off etc.
    • Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and local HR practices.
    • Collaborate with global HR finance and payroll teams to support processes such as performance reviews engagement surveys and retention programs.
    • Contribute to employer branding and culture-building efforts across the Colombia site.

 

  • Recruitment
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles in Colombia (developers analysts DevOps infrastructure etc.)
    • Collaborate with global and local hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
    • Proactively source candidates through various channels: LinkedIn job boards university outreach and local IT communities.
    • Conduct screenings coordinate interviews manage feedback and ensure excellent candidate experience.
    • Track recruitment metrics and support talent reporting activities.
    • Act as the main point of contact between external recruiting agencies and hiring managers ensuring clear communication timely feedback and alignment throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of the Colombian IT talent market.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR operations in Colombia
  • Excellent communication skills in English (required)
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters)
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably in multinational or tech environments.
  • Portuguese is a strong plus due to cross-country coordination.
  • Experience supporting international teams and working across multiple time zones
  • Proactive collaborative and highly organized
  • Familiarity with Agile work environments or IT delivery organizations is a plus
