Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with labor laws and employment practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
