Join a forward-thinking manufacturing leader driving innovation in electric vehicle (EV) and automotive systems. Were hiring a Customer Quality & Process Engineer to champion quality performance lead root cause investigations and support continuous improvement internally and directly with our customers.
Youll play a vital technical liaison role supporting product and process excellence from plant to customer floor. This is a problem-solving data-driven opportunity ideal for engineers passionate about quality process reliability and making an impact in a highly collaborative customer-focused environment.
What You ll Do:
What We re Looking For:
Bachelor s in Engineering or related field
5 years in a customer-facing engineering or quality role
Hands-on experience with quality systems (PPAP APQP IATF 16949 preferred)
Strong communicator with technical curiosity and problem-solving drive
Comfortable working in fast-paced hands-on environments with diverse teams
Proficient in MS Office; MiniTab or statistical software a plus
Automotive and/or EV experience highly desirable
