Location: Lagos Mainland Lagos State

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Monthly Salary: 120000 (Net)
Transport Allowance: 30000
Commission: Attractive performance-based

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales of diagnostic laboratory and medical equipment across Lagos Mainland. This role is well-suited for individuals with a science-based academic background (e.g. Biochemistry Medical Laboratory Science or Biomedical Technology) and 2 3 years of proven sales or business development experience ideally in healthcare diagnostics technical products or FMCG.

The ideal candidate is a young proactive self-starter who combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen to generate leads close deals and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell diagnostic and lab equipment to hospitals clinics diagnostic centers and healthcare providers

  • Identify new leads present tailored solutions and convert prospects into paying clients

  • Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline in the Lagos Mainland area

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through consistent client engagement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide regular feedback on market trends competitor activity and customer needs

  • Collaborate with technical support and internal teams to ensure seamless client service


Requirements

Qualifications :

  • HND/. in Biochemistry Medical Laboratory Science Biomedical Technology or related life science field

  • 2 3 years of experience in sales marketing or business development (preferably in medical/diagnostic or B2B environments)

  • Strong selling presentation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Highly self-motivated accountable and able to work independently

  • Must be based in or able to commute daily to Lagos Mainland
