Job Description
What will you be doing
Were looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major industrial project. Youll oversee all on-site construction activity working closely with EPCm contractors and subcontractors to ensure delivery is safe compliant and on schedule.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and coordinate site construction activity and supervise EPCm construction staff.
- Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and site safety protocols.
- Oversee planning scheduling subcontractor management and daily construction operations.
- Maintain alignment with engineering and procurement teams to meet delivery milestones.
- Manage risk budget quality inspections and site documentation.
- Represent construction interests in cross-functional meetings and reporting.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale industrial or engineering construction projects.
- Background in managing EPCm contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK construction compliance.
- Excellent leadership organisation and stakeholder communication skills.
