Job Description

Tasks

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the IT solution sales and staffing sectors.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients understanding their business needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals and deliver client-specific presentations that highlight Tipstats unique offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3 years in business development sales or a similar role within the IT solutions or staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI products software development processes and engineering talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the companys reach and enhance its competitive position.
