KWS UKRAINA is hiring:Marketing Operations Coordinator
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team in this role you will support the Cross-crop sales and agroservice teams managing the entire operational cycle of marketing materials from order collection and processing to distribution documentation reporting and coordination across the internal systems and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing operations for a teams of 57 sales representatives and agroservice professionals.
- Managing orders for giveaways and printed materials via Salesforce CRM and ensure smooth distribution and proper documentation.
- Support loyalty program execution in cooperation with CRM key user.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation flow related to purchases invoices and certificates of work completion using Matrix 42 (Digital workspace management)
- Create CPH purchase orders for each procurement request and related projects.
- Coordinate the purchase delivery and write-off processes for marketing items and field supplies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and internal documentation procedures.
Your Profile:
- 2 years experience in a marketing assistance operations or coordination role
- Bs degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- (Pre-) Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially with documentation and numbers
- Excellent time-management communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiply priorities
- Comfortable with CRM systems and operational tools; experience with Salesforce CRM and Matrix 42 is a plus
- Adaptable team player with a structured and reliable work style.
