Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Support data management and entry into the firms CRM system with a particular focus on data quality accuracy and expediency of processing.
- Assist with the execution of large data loads (e.g. relationship onboarding BD activity management data cleanup).
- Help manage data changes and expansion -- data quality cleanup standardization and verification process (including using various online resources to verify data).
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/marketing assistant role preferably in the legal banking or large corporate setting.
- Knowledge of proper grammar spelling and language usage as well as standard business correspondence formatting.
- Strong computer skills including web-based research and Microsoft Office Suite 2010. Knowledge of OnePlace or another CRM system preferred.
- Working technical knowledge of database management or HTML is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and foster successful working relationships with legal and professional staff while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
