Job Description
Role Dimensions: Overall responsible for the strategic development and continuous enhancement of all Operational functions aligning with the latest and most effective technologies Lead digital transformation initiatives by integrating AI into student care services admissions processes and classroom delivery systems Ensure high availability and reliability of campus-wide internet connectivity to support online academic delivery and institutional operations Manage data protection policies and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive disaster recovery plan Foster close collaboration with faculty student care admissions and marketing teams while mentoring IT staff including system administrators and support personnel
