Director de Transaction Services

Forvis Mazars is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Manager to join our rapidly growing Transaction Services team!

In this role you will lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects conducting in-depth financial analysis identifying key risks and value drivers and preparing comprehensive financial reports for clients including international stakeholders.

As a client-facing position this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced and project-driven environment.

Job Description.

This role presents a unique opportunity to advance your career within our expanding Transaction Services practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and execute financial and accounting due diligence engagements.
• Analyze historical and projected financial information to identify trends risks and opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality due diligence reports and presentations for clients and investors.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients often across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Assist in project planning and manage engagement timelines and deliverables.
• Support business development efforts including proposal preparation and client meetings.

Qualification Preferences:

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.
• CPA Chartered Accountant or other relevant professional certification (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in financial due diligence audit or financial consulting.
• Strong technical skills in accounting financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required due to regular interaction with international clients and teams.
