Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (AEST) 5:30 AM-2:30 PM (PH Time)

We are looking for an Administration Officer to manage a broad range of administrative efficiently and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate strong communication skills proficiency with job management software and the ability to work independently while handling customer liaison scheduling and financial processing. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operational flow and supporting both customer service
and internal management functions.

What You ll Do
  • Manage customer communication and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate work assignments and project timelines.
  • Oversee materials procurement and inventory management.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
  • Maintain and update records and documentation related to projects and finance.
  • Utilize job management software to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing correspondence and reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and assist with other office functions as needed.
What You Bring
We re looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration office management or related roles.
  • Proficiency in job management software and Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
  • Preferred someone with AU market experience or supported direct AU client.

Requirements/Skills Needed: 3+ years of PA/EA experience, preferably working with business owners or across multiple brands. Strong communication and people management skills. Competent with email, Google Workspace, and CRMs. Familiar with basic bookkeeping processes and software like MYOB (preferred). Reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent with follow-through.
