The Customer Order Administrator will be part of a dynamic and international team that provides post-order support and documentation services for clients across the Nordic region. The position is a 1-year contract and offers hybrid work flexibility. This role will report to the department lead and collaborate with colleagues from three functional areas: Documentation Order Administration and Engineering.
Role description:
- Manage the end-to-end order administration process ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer orders after placement
- Communicate with clients primarily via email (limited phone interaction this is not a call center role)
- Provide clients with detailed product documentation including usage instructions and technical information
- Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering Documentation) to resolve order-related questions and ensure smooth delivery processes
- Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems including Oracle and other company tools
- Participate in regular team collaborations with mandatory office presence during the first week of each month
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and contribute to team efficiency
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by management to support department operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience (not necessarily in order administration but prior work experience is required)
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
- Familiarity with Oracle Adobe or similar tools is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment across multiple functions
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (2 days from home per week office presence required during the first week of each month)
- Flexible availability for a schedule starting between 7:00-10:00 AM
