We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our client services this role you will assist in managing key client accounts support the senior account managers and ensure the successful delivery of our services. Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely support
Prepare reports track account performance and deliver updates to management
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements
Help resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency
Support the development of client presentations and documentation
Maintain accurate records of account activity and communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
1 year of experience in account management client service or sales (internships acceptable)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
