We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring timely and accurate service
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred
13 years of experience in customer service or account management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
