Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as the main point of contact for our clients ensuring the successful delivery of services and cultivating strong long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor managing client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts
Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes
Track account performance and generate regular reports
Identify growth opportunities and propose additional services to clients
Resolve issues efficiently maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation
