We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with precision care and timely communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and passionate about client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts by maintaining regular communication.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries concerns and service requests.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up on customer orders.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs issues and opportunities.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products services and account policies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service account management or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
