Job Description
Youll play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences across TAL brands to drive engagement and loyalty. This includes creating personalised email SMS and web campaigns simplifying processes and helping customers confidently use self-service tools to manage their policies. This hands-on role covers both planning and execution from designing end-to-end customer journeys and propositions to messaging campaign strategy and continuous optimisation based on data and feedback.
In This Role You Will:
- Lead and deliver retention-focused campaigns that add customer value and drive TALs growth.
- Promote digital adoption and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure all initiatives align with budgets strategic goals and deliver measurable value through ongoing evaluation.
- Manage campaign executionoverseeing timelines budgets risks and communicating clearly with internal teams.
- Act as the main stakeholder contact to secure approvals develop go-to-market plans and ensure seamless campaign delivery
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Proven experience in planning briefing and delivering campaigns focused on customer retention
- Exceptional project management capabilities consistently delivering campaigns within scope timeline and budget
- Strong teamwork skills effectively partnering with both internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including email marketing software and CRM systems
