Job Description
Medical Representative Responsibilities:
I. Promoting the companys products (medicine and device) to doctors pharmacists and other relevant healthcare professionals.
II. Scheduling appointments with doctors pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
III. Developing an in-depth understanding of company products (medicine and device).
IV. Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
V. Following up on leads generated by the company.
VI. Preparing presentations for potential customers.
VII. Researching competitors medications and their respective market performances.
VIII. Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the companys business strategies.
Medical Representative Requirements:
I. Bachelors degree in any discipline.
II. Proven Sales record in any pharmaceutical companies (preferably in Pakistani or Indian brnads)
III. Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
IV. Strong negotiation skills.
V. Excellent organizational skills.
VI. Effective communication skills.
VII. Exceptional customer service skills.
VIII. Persuasive and resilient.
