Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as Contract-Based Sales people to support our business this role you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects pitching our products/services and closing sales to meet defined targets.
Please note: The fixed compensation of 25000 will be applicable only upon achieving a minimum of 400 calls per month.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling and online research.
Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Sales Reporting: Record all sales activities client interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet the assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Closing Sales: Negotiate and finalize deals ensuring revenue generation.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Note:
This is a contract-based role with performance-linked compensation.
The fixed pay of 25000 will be released only upon completion of a minimum of 400 calls per month.
Additional incentives of 500 will be paid per successful deal closed.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Google Analytics Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting Experience with conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and remarketing strategies Excellent communication and time management skills
