Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

MAC Metal Architectural is seeking a Sales Representative responsible to create brand awareness in the market. This will include maintaining existing business generating leads including developing and maintaining customer relationships while providing world class customer service. The preferred candidate must reside in territory and acquire new stocking dealers throughout the territory.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and margin targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a high level of knowledge on products installation and construction standards customer needs and services as well as an understanding of local competitive products.
  • Identify and initiate contact with relevant individuals within assigned accounts prospects and industry associations to identify and develop programs projects and opportunities that have potential to generate revenues.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations physical displays and demonstrations for the application of MAC Metal Architectural products.
  • Participate in internal and external events such as trade shows or industry association meetings that promote MAC Metal Architectural in the Mid-Atlantic market.

 


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of sales experience within the building materials industry.
  • Knowledge of the Construction/Building Materials Industry specifically architectural products
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Verifiable knowledge and application of sales techniques including sales call preparation execution and time management.
  • Ideal candidate will be assertive confident coachable and a strategic thinker. Soft skills include but are not limited to empathy likeability and positivity.
  • Must have a valid US Passport and a valid drivers license
  • Must live within the territory boundaries
  •  Able to work legally in the United States

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience within the construction materials industry.
  • Ability to navigate through a Odoo platform.
