Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure high-quality service for our growing customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions developing support protocols and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer support team to deliver outstanding service

  • Develop and implement support procedures policies and standards

  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently

  • Train and mentor support representatives to ensure team success

  • Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports for internal teams

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support metrics


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support management role

  • Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and support software

  • Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred)

  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
