Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure high-quality service for our growing customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions developing support protocols and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the customer support team to deliver outstanding service
Develop and implement support procedures policies and standards
Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently
Train and mentor support representatives to ensure team success
Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports for internal teams
Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support metrics
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or customer support management role
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems and support software
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred)
Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
