Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
13 years of experience in leadership development HR training or related areas.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
