ensures its execution. This role balances both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
while taking partial ownership of junior team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
end-to-end sales activities including lead generation bidding negotiation and
project acquisition.
2. Communicate professionally with potential clients and decision-makers (e.g. managers
senior executives).
3. Craft proposals follow-up sequences and negotiation plans.
4. Work closely with design dev and content teams for successful delivery.
5. Engage in direct communication with leads and low-to-mid-level client stakeholders via
email phone Zoom etc.
6. Take part in strategy planning meetings and assist in defining monthly or quarterly
targets.
7. Train and mentor junior executives by providing structured feedback.
8. Monitor junior progress and assist in refining their outreach and lead-handling
approaches.
9. Maintain CRM records analyze metrics and provide performance reports.
Requirements:
1. 23 years of proven experience with successful deal closures (include values when
available).
2. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related IT field is preferred as it helps in
understanding technical domains and effectively communicating with clients in the tech
industry.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a confident US-accented tone.
Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn for lead generation.
4. Ability to manage communications across different roles and handle international
clients.
5. Strategic mindset with the ability to support planning and implementation.
Willingness to take responsibility for junior team progress and outcomes.
