NautIQ Solutions is a part of Rolls-Royce Power Systems that focuses on delivering electrical automation and autonomy products to our Naval and Commercial Marine customers. The business is based around two Product Centres in Bristol and Heybridge with shared support resources provided from our team in East Grinstead; we operate an integrated programme delivery team across the Bristol and Heybridge sites.
What you will be doing:
As a Scheduling Lead you will support the Programmes from within the PMO by generating and maintaining schedules conducting health checks and providing reports on scheduling status. This role ensures that programme schedules align with organisational objectives and best practices. While the Scheduling Lead can create schedules they do not have a customer-facing role; instead the project teams handle direct interactions. The Scheduling Lead provides guidance on scheduling best practices and ensures consistency across programmes.

To apply for this role you must be able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you dont currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets you must hold a UK nationality. Any dual nationals will require additional scrutiny and background checks prior to commencing work.
