About the role:

We are seeking a highly capable Project Workstream Lead Design Configuration Build (DCB) to support the delivery of a contemporary Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role is pivotal in planning coordinating and executing all aspects of the solutions design configuration build and pilot phases. The successful candidate will manage work planning scheduling resource allocation and performance metrics while serving as the primary liaison with the ECM solution vendor. Reporting to the Project Director the Workstream Lead will collaborate closely with other project team leads and business stakeholders to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose and meets organizational requirements.

The successful candidate:

• Lead the design configuration build and pilot phases of the ECM solution.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans schedules and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor progress against key metrics and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.
• Ensure alignment between solution design and business needs through ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Desirable requirements:

• Proven experience in leading complex IT solution delivery projects ideally involving ECM or similar platforms.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent planning organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with contemporary information management practices and technologies.

This contract is a 12-month contract with possible 2 x 12-month extension

Located in Carseldine with a Hybrid working arrangement.
