Role Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain a hydroponic farming system ensuring its safe efficient and productive operation. This role also includes the development and implementation of a limited-scale aina and aquaponic farming practices. The position supports sustainable agriculture efforts through hands-on system oversight basic infrastructure upkeep and innovation in alternative food production methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in facilities management or agriculture or Minimum of 5 years of experience in farming management
- 2 years of managerial experience required preferably with youth or non-profit setting
- Experience with Hawaiian culture language and community strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred

- Valid drivers license
- Vehicle to use for work
