General Manager - StretchLab Lynnwood

Compensation: $50000 - $58000/year base 20 to 25% performance bonuses and commission

StretchLab Lynnwood is part of a multi-studio business that includes StretchLab Bothell (est. 2023) and the rights to develop a third location in Mill Creek WA. Our studios are consistently ranked among the top-performing in the country for revenue and member satisfaction.
We exist to empower and transform lives through professional customized assisted stretching. This is a unique opportunity to lead a newly launched studio with a proven business model in a high-growth sector of the wellness industry.
As General Manager (GM) you will own the overall performance of StretchLab Lynnwooddriving sales growing membership leading a small but impactful team and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will be the face of the studio working directly with prospects clients staff local businesses and community partners.
This is a sales-first leadership role that requires a strong ability to educate persuade and close. The most successful candidates are energetic professional accountable and thrive in fast-paced people-first environments.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Serve as the studios lead salesperson conducting over 50% of first visit consultations
Drive new membership sales and increase individual service and retail transactions
Minimize member attrition through strong onboarding and retention efforts
Performance and KPI Management
Consistently achieve monthly studio goals in active memberships conversions leads and call volume
Manage lead pipelines and ensure effective follow-up and tracking
Leadership and Coaching
Lead and support Sales Associates and Flexologists
Deliver ongoing performance feedback coaching and accountability
Foster a positive professional studio culture aligned with StretchLabs values
Studio Operations and Quality Control
Maintain high standards across all studio processes from lead management to member experience
Oversee daily scheduling resolve issues and delegate operational tasks as needed
Audit key areas including insurance billing chargebacks and membership status changes
Marketing and Community Outreach
Participate in 23 monthly community pop-ups and plan one member event per month
Develop local partnerships to increase lead flow and studio visibility
Support implementation of corporate marketing campaigns and studio promotions
Required
Experience in membership-based sales ideally within fitness wellness spa or health services
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a client-facing role
Leadership experience in managing or coaching team members
Comfortable making outbound calls and maintaining daily outreach quotas
Professional mature and highly effective at building trust and rapport
Preferred
3 years as a General Manager Studio Manager or similar leadership position
Familiarity with CRM systems like ClubReady or MindBody
Experience creating and executing local marketing strategies
Strong communication problem-solving and time management skills
Base Salary: $50000$58000 annually
Commission: 10% on membership and retail sales
Bonuses: Monthly and/or quarterly based on KPI achievement
Estimated Total Compensation: $60000$72500 per year
